CPAP Z Policies
Prescription Policy
The FDA has classified CPAPs, along with the humidifier and mask as a Class II medical device. Such devices require a prescription for purchase or rental. CPAP Z is licensed and monitored by the Arizona Pharmacy Board and, as such, complies with all FDA and State regulations. For your convenience we provide an email upload process so you can provide your prescription during or after your purchase.

Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, CPAP Z will refund your original purchase price if products are returned within seven days of purchase. All items must be unused and in original packing materials. You must provide a copy of your sales receipt to receive a refund. All shipping costs and credit-card processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will include the price of purchased products only.
Damaged/Defective Product Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, CPAP Z will provide a replacement product within seven days of delivery of the product.
To qualify for a replacement as damaged or defective the following criteria must be met:
The item cannot have more than 5-hours of usage after purchase
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must be visibly damaged or must be proven not to work as described in the user manual
Please call us at 505-417-9401, and our staff will be glad to begin the return process with you. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Any product returned without an RMA will be sent back to you.
Due to sale policies as well as health and hygienic regulations, we cannot accept the following items for return:
Return requests more than 14 days after delivery
Any item that has been modified or used more than 5 hours
Any item not in its original packaging
Face masks, tubing, cannulas, antiseptic wipes and sanitizers
Any item marked an “non-returnable” on our website
Shipping costs and credit-card processing fees are always non-refundable.
Returns Procedure
Customers must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before returning an item. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
For a return to be accepted, the customer must request an RMA number within five days of delivery.

Items must be received within 14 days of the date your RMA was issued.
We recommend the item is packed properly and the shipment is insured for its retail value. You should also obtain a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
We will inspect all items returned to us. Returns must be in new, unused, resalable condition, and contain all packaging materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Any item not in its original condition will be deemed unsuitable for resale and will not be accepted for a refund.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receipt, inspection, and approval of any return. Refunds are credited via the original payment method.
Once a product has shipped to the customer, it must be returned through the returns process, even if the product has not yet been received. The customer must accept delivery, and then contact us to set up a return using the instructions above.
CPAP Z ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
CPAP Z is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If an order is refused for delivery because it appears to be damaged in shipping, there are no additional charges and we will try to get a new product to you as soon as possible. Please contact us within 24 hours to report the refusal due to shipping damage. Other than visible shipping damages, if an order or package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges and credit-card fees incurred by CPAP Z.
Shipping costs for returning unwanted or damaged products back to CPAP Z are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties begin on the date of purchase of any product.
Warranty Repair Policy
(1) If your unit malfunctions while in warranty, please call us at 505-417-9401 to begin the warranty care process.
(2) We will troubleshoot your issue over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, you will need to send your machine back to CPAP Z. We will provide a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for any units returned for repair. Units received without an RMA will be returned to the customer un-repaired.
*CPAP Z does not cover incoming shipping costs for warranty work.
(3) Once the unit is received, CPAP Z will work with the manufacturer to facilitate repairs.
