CPAP Z Presents: The Better Sleep Mixtape

Ever since I was a small child, it has always been hard for me to wind down when trying to fall sleep. The flashback of your day, then the inevitable flash forward to tomorrow, and then about that project you've been working on, so on and so forth, then before you know it, it's 5:00AM and the drift to Slumberland is far overdue, and quite possibly, the day you flash forwarded to looks impossible. Well, maybe that's just me, but if you are like me, music has been such a wonderful vessel for sleep. Mind you, maybe not necessarily heavy metal or polka, but calm, relaxing, familiar or unfamiliar, honestly, all I believe can aid you, no matter what kind of music you enjoy. That's why we here at CPAP Z wanted to try something new and share with you our favorite songs to fall asleep to with CPAP Z Presents: The Better Sleep Mixtape! But we wanted to take it one step further and allow YOU to add to it as well, so we can create a fun and collaborative playlist that we can all share in the hopes of better sleep. This will be an ongoing collaboration and will be added to frequently not only by us, but hopefully you as well! It's easy to get started: below is a link to our YouTube Music Playlist that will give you the option to be a collaborator, so if you are interested in adding your own songs, feel free to join in, and if not, of course feel free to see what everyone has added in! So, get yourself comfy, click the link below, hit shuffle, and enjoy the drift!
